Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship via UPS, USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours upon receiving a payment. Customer receives confirmation email once the item is shipped out and tracking information available.

  • We ship Monday to Friday (except weekends and national holidays);
  • Confirmed addresses only (the shipping address should match billing address, except coordinated with us);
  • Shipping insurance - optional;
  • Delivery confirmation - included;
  • Tracking number - included.

- Delivery time varies upon destination (on most items delivery time within continental US: 2-5 business days).

- International orders are being shipped via USPS International Priority Mail - delivery time depends on the destination country (7 - 14 days in average - please be patient if your item doesn't come within 7-10 days).

- Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail International.

- Customers from Canada should be aware of UPS brokerage fee. Please do not blame us if you incur any additional fees.

- Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once the item is shipped out.

- International buyers, including from Canada are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes in designated areas.

- We do not lower the price on the package, please do not ask for that.


Warranty
Aftermarket parts are covered under 60 days limited warranty otherwise specified, based on original invoice date. We guarantee your purchase to be free of defects, and to perform at or above OEM factory specifications. Should a problem arise, contact us with a description of your problem. We will offer a solution, exchange or refund.

Returns
In case of return the customer must email us and request RMA number for the returning item. All refunds are subject of 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Items returned without RMA number or after 30 days will not be accepted. We provide refund if you’re not satisfied with our product, but we can refund only the purchase price. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you are not agree with these terms, please do not purchase. The customer must notify us within 14 days from the date the item was received for any return. Items must be returned in the new condition and in original packaging. All returns due to our error will receive a full refund. All other returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and no reimbursement of shipping fees.
